The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to enhance their value and appeal. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to achieve a high-gloss finish. Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to remove dirt and stains. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure visibility. Apply protective coatings to paintwork as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Assist with window tinting services when required. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process. Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning purposes. Requirements Previous experience in car wash or automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Basic knowledge of buffing techniques and custodial cleaning methods is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive care, including window tinting if not already experienced. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
