Car Wash Manager Quickies Car Wash Cary, NC 27511 Overview Are you a reliable, energetic leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Car Wash Shift Leader and help us keep vehicles — and our team — shining! Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants during your shift Ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly operation Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness Train new team members on procedures and safety Handle minor customer concerns and escalate as needed Open or close the location, depending on shift Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (car wash or similar industry preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work on your feet and outdoors in various weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent Must be dependable and punctual What we offer Competitive pay + potential bonuses On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts A fun and team-oriented work environment
