As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, buffing, and waxing surfaces. Drive vehicles safely within the facility and ensure they are parked correctly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs or concerns. Assist with window tinting services as needed, ensuring precision and quality. Maintain cleanliness in the work area and adhere to safety protocols. Support custodial duties to keep the facility clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Must have a driver’s license Must be able to do multiple jobs such as cleaning the building Skills Experience in car wash operations or detailing is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail in cleaning and buffing tasks to ensure high-quality results. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Familiarity with window tinting techniques is a plus. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness in both vehicles and the work environment. Willingness to learn new skills related to car care and maintenance.
