Full Job Description Job Overview Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows of commercial and residential properties Pressure wash around exterior parts of the property

Requirements:

Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning but not necessary Training and equipment will be provided NEEDS to have a car to drive

Skills:

Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns Comfortable using ladders and standing on roofs Pay Optional commission or hourly pay, will walk you through during interview process. Commission is 20-25% of all jobs cleaned daily 3-4 jobs can be cleaned per day per cleaner Average daily pay commission is 170-300 daily
