Car Wash Attendant Lady Rich Express Car Wash 1 Martin Dr, West Lebanon, NH 03784 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Keep the express tunnel and the entire facility clean Ensure a comprehensive, positive customer experience Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly Ensure all vehicles are cleaned according to company standards, paying attention to detail in every aspect of the wash process. Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding services offered and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively, including pressure washers, vacuums, and buffing machines. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools used in the washing process. Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending the through the express tunnel. Wipe cars after the leave the express tunnel Skills Strong custodial skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs effectively. Maintain a professional domineer at all times Experience in car wash operations is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform buffing and detailing tasks with precision. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for operating customer vehicles safely. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stay calm while guiding the customer into the express tunnel Maintain a consistent speed during peak times.

Education:

High School Diploma Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, no profanity or offensive language Reliable No smoking on grounds or on the job Must be at least 18 years old Willing to submit a pre-employment background checks

Physical Requirements:
