Position Overview:

The Green Wave Electric Vehicle (EV) Coordinator is responsible for assisting in making vehicle inventory ready for sale by driving EVs and Plug-in Hybrid EVs (PHEV) to repair and reconditioning facilities, cleaning and detailing vehicles, performing essential tasks to get vehicles ready for sale, and updating vehicle information in the company’s Dealer Management System. The EV Coordinator will also assist with vehicle demonstrations and test drives, facility maintenance, minor vehicle repairs, and participating in sustainability-related events at Green Wave and in the community. Duties Driving the vehicles from the Green Wave facility to repair facilities and interacting with repair facility staff. Following standard processes for vehicle preparation, detailing, resetting computer systems, etc. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing. Drive vehicles safely within the premises as needed. Organize the parking lot and showroom vehicles, ensuring that vehicles are clean, have appropriate documentation, and are parked correctly. Assist with custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in common areas and facilities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to enhance appearance. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available. Skills Strong ability to clean effectively and efficiently, with attention to detail. Experience in car washing techniques, including buffing and detailing. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with custodial tasks and maintaining cleanliness in various environments. Knowledge of window tinting processes is a plus but not required.
