JOB SUMMARY

The goal of this position is to provide you with an abundance of skills to move-up within the organization and create a sense of pride among the team to accomplish a common goal. The Car Wash Attendant is central to wash operations and helps to maintain the flow of traffic and safety of the site as the cars enter the wash. Within this position, you may be responsible for the following tasks:

• Clearly communicate with customers on how to line up the vehicle correctly and properly set the vehicle to go through the wash safely.
• Guide cars into the wash area with a calm, focused, pleasant and competent demeanor.
• Must be polite, professional and punctual
• Always be ready to assist customers while following Valet Auto Wash policy
• Perform visual inspections in the tunnel and backroom to ensure all equipment and chemicals are functioning properly, if not alert the necessary management.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, towel bins full and trash cans emptied.
• Additional duties may include managing and maintaining the equipment in the tunnel and assisting with property maintenance, snow and ice removal, and overall site appearance.
• Be trained on how to open and close the site.
