What You Will Do + Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction + Train, coach, and mentor team members to perform high-quality work and follow safety protocols + Lead by example—assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, and equipment use as needed + Monitor equipment and coordinate basic maintenance or repairs with vendors + Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally + Enforce company policies and promote a positive work environment Do You Have? + 1-3 years of experience in a car wash, automotive service, or related customer-facing role + Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed + Good communication skills. + Strong work ethic and a team player. + Must be at least 18 years old.
