Car Detailer RetroClean Detailing Hollis, NY 11423 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for cleanliness, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of presentation. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of vehicles, providing exceptional service to our customers, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and customer satisfaction. Conduct custodial tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met during the detailing process. Drive vehicles safely within the facility for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Ensure all detailing equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience in custodial duties or car wash operations is preferred. Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly. Proficiency in cleaning techniques and products used in automotive detailing. Capability of performing buffing tasks to restore vehicle surfaces to their original shine.
