Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Eighty Four, PA 15330 Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring a dependable Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer to clean vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and specific instructions. Additional duties include light landscaping, mowing and weed whacking.
Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize various cleaning equipment and solutions. Detail vehicles/equipment according to company guidelines. Clean and vacuum interiors Eliminate dirt, grease, and tar from exteriors. Wax and buff vehicles/equipment after washing. General light landscaping duties like mowing and weed whacking.
Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Active listener with sound judgment. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and multitasking skills. Ability to follow complex instructions. Competent in managing material resources and inventory. Knowledge of safety precautions.
Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and valid state driver’s license with good driving record. Completion of automotive service tech or related training programs preferred. Prior detailing experience preferred. Ability to meet physical demands of the role. Willingness to work weekends and holidays. Adherence to company policies and service standards.
Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer Work Environment:
Work both indoors and outdoors with vehicles/equipment. Use of strong detergents and chemicals. Exposure to varying weather conditions. Use of protective gear like gloves, eye, and ear protection.
Vehicle/Equipment Detailer/Laborer Compensation:
$18-$20/hr M-F 630am-3pm Weekly direct deposit PTO/holidays Medical/dental Steady work
