Summary We are seeking a Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at White Horse Auto Wash. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in our operations. Responsibilities Open and Close the car wash, key holder Monitor Labor throughout the Day Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles. Detail cars by vacuuming, shampooing, and polishing surfaces. Apply wax and buff vehicles to enhance shine and protection. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning products and tools. Requirements Previous experience in car washing or detailing preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of automotive care is a plus.
