Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality  Hire, train, and lead a team of attendants and shift leaders  Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance  Manage inventory and chemical supplies  Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols  Drive membership sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction initiatives  Analyze site performance and report to upper management  Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility

Qualifications:

 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (car wash or retail preferred)  Strong leadership and communication skills  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions  Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude  Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems  Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
