In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing. Detail the interior of vehicles by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery. Ensure all surfaces are polished and free from dust or debris. Drive vehicles to designated areas for cleaning and detailing processes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in custodial duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of detailing tasks. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or related custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with buffing techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong ability to communicate effectively with others. Experience in car wash operations or similar environments will be beneficial. A valid driver’s license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
