Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team. Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
