As a dinner service restaurant, we create everything from scratch in the kitchen in the mornings and are in search of someone who can keep things running smoothly in the most important section of the restaurant – the dish pit! This job is averages at thirty hours per week, with your normal schedule being Tue-Sat 10am-4pm. Additional hours are available during night shift on the weekends, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Putting trash bags in cans throughout the kitchen, filling sanitizer buckets for stations Cleaning prep items including but not limited to pots, pans, sheet trays, and cambros Keeping the dish area clean and organized Taking out trash and boxes, cleaning carts Supporting the team with a positive attitude We value and respect every member of our team, and we are looking for someone who shares that mindset.
