Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure it is organized at all times. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management promptly. Skills Familiarity with culinary practices and food service operations is preferred. Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
