The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet services when required. Support culinary staff by keeping up with cleaning tasks during busy service periods. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation and basic culinary skills is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation standards. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
