Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitized Assist with basic kitchen tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables) as needed Dispose of trash and recyclables per restaurant guidelines Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment Adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations Support kitchen team during busy shifts Report equipment issues to management
Qualifications:
No experience required; training provided Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Must stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team player with a strong work ethic Basic sanitation knowledge is a plus
