Dishwasher Grand Manor Assisted & Independent Living 1960 Highway 425 N, Monticello, AR 71655 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential in supporting our chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety standards are key attributes for success in this role. Duties Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring timely availability of clean service ware. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Experience in hospitality or culinary settings such as catering or banquet services is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the team are essential for success in this role.
