Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized, including the dishwashing area. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and other kitchen staff. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in dining areas. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing as needed. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
