Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and other surfaces. Ensure that all dishes are returned to their proper place after cleaning to maintain an organized workspace. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
