Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure proper storage of clean items. Help prepare ingredients for cooks and chefs as required. Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary work environment.
