Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Duties:

• Assist with cleaning and organizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand as needed
• Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
