The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within our food service operations, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including helping cooks and chefs during busy service periods. Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area regularly to maintain a clean work environment. Support the bussing of tables during peak hours to ensure timely service for guests. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen.
