Cleans, transports and stores all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operation Maintains the dish area in a clean and orderly manner. Operates dishwashing machine and other cleaning equipment to ensure that all materials are thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner. Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies. Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis. All other assigned duties. High School diploma or equivalent. Must have 2+ years of housekeeping/dishwashing experience. Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license. Able to multi-task and be a team player. Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be familiar with cleaning chemicals and equipment. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays.
