Key Responsibilities:
Collect and wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware (including large pots and pans) Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine Load and unload dishes safely and efficiently Store clean dishes and equipment properly Ensure an adequate supply of clean utensils and dishes during service hours Regularly empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including floors, counters, and sinks Report any malfunctions or maintenance issues immediately
Qualifications:
1 year of experience as a Dishwasher (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must speak Spanish (required). Physical stamina to stand for long periods. Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades Principales:
Recoger y lavar platos, utensilios y artículos de cocina (incluyendo ollas grandes) Operar y mantener la máquina lavavajillas. Cargar y descargar platos de forma segura y eficiente. Almacenar adecuadamente los platos y utensilios limpios. Asegurar la disponibilidad de platos y utensilios limpios durante las horas pico. Vaciar los basureros regularmente y desechar la basura correctamente. Trabajar en equipo con los cocineros para conocer sus necesidades.
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa al menos 1 año (preferible). Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido. Hablar español (requisito indispensable). Resistencia física para estar de pie. Puntualidad, responsabilidad y actitud de trabajo en equipo.
