Dishwasher Bodrum Mediterranean Kitchen Jacksonville, FL 32244 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our kitchen staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure it is organized at all times. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and other kitchen staff. Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
