Responsibilities

• Prepare food for catering events
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areasExperience
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of cooking techniques such as braising, baking, roasting oven, etc
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation proceduresBenefits
