Job Description Dishwasher – Prep – Utility responsibilities include: Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Proper use of Dish Machine Dishwashing and Pot and Pan Washing kitchen Cleaning duties Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Job brief We are looking Kitchen Crew to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Responsibilities Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Have the strength to lift heavy pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment. Have a sense of urgency about getting food out to customers quickly. Be able to communicate with other kitchen staff. Be able to communicate with customers. Be able to reach over countertops easily. Be available for early morning or late evening shifts.
