No In-person applications Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. This position is essential in supporting our culinary staff and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff. Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly to maintain a clean environment. Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment to management promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering or banquet services, is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team in a hospitality setting. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
