Job Description Ensure all dishes, and silverware are washed and kept clean; maintaining good condition. Dish area is kept cleaned and organized allowing everyone to walk freely, and place dirty dishes in proper areas. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and other areas your supervisor requires. Ensure ALL cardboard boxes are broken down, and all trash is dumped at the end of the shift. Put clean dishes back in the correct area after they have been washed and dried. Kitchen floor must be swept and mopped at the end of your shift along with any other areas your supervisor may require. Pull ALL mats in the kitchen and bar to be washed/rinsed Drain the dishwasher every night along with draining and cleaning the 3-way sink at the end of your shift Help cooks prep on the line; task may include but are not limited to cutting vegetables, beef, chicken, tofu, etc. Help in areas as needed that your supervisor may require Report to your direct supervisor, or General Manager of operations, of any ideas, guest complaints, guest reviews, broken equipment, and anything else that happens inside the facility.’ ‘
