Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Sort and stack clean dishes, ensuring they are organized and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by regularly cleaning countertops, sinks, and floors. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed. Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing timely assistance. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Basic understanding of food service operations is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
