Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware efficiently. Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and bussing duties. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen by following sanitation protocols. Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are cleaned and ready for use. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Skills Experience in food service or culinary settings is preferred, including roles in restaurants, hotels, or catering services. Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
