Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, and pans efficiently. Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed. Help maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment. Support food service operations during busy periods, including assisting with banquet setups or catering events. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely service. Skills Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Basic knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Willingness to assist in various tasks including cooking or preparing ingredients when needed.
