Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Ensure all dishes are sanitized and properly stored after washing. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
