This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and preparation. Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and menu planning. Cook menu items according to specifications, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices. Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Washing the dishes. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary role or food industry is preferred. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of meal preparation processes and dietary aide practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
