• Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team.

This position is essential to keeping our back-of-house operations running smoothly by ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment and assisting with basic food prep. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including sinks and floors. Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning, or storing ingredients, as needed. Take out trash and compost at closing, and clean bins and kitchen surfaces thoroughly. Clean prep equipment during and after shifts. Help receive and organize merchandise deliveries and dry goods. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen at all times. Complete Equipment Cleaning tasks weekly and monthly using our Kitchen Cleaning Log. Support kitchen team with any additional tasks as directed by the manager or Supervisor. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required. Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Strong teamwork mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed. Must be able to handle a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. Must remain calm and professional under pressure and during peak hours. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required. Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling practices.
