The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that all glassware is spotless and ready for service. This role is essential in maintaining the high-quality dining experience we provide to our guests. Duties Polish and inspect glassware to ensure it is free of smudges, water spots, and streaks. Check for chips, cracks, or defects and remove damaged glassware from service. Properly organize and store polished glassware in designated areas. Work closely with the dishwashing and service teams to ensure a steady supply of clean glassware. Maintain hygiene and safety standards by handling glassware carefully and following proper sanitation procedures. Assist in setting up glassware for service and special events as needed. Keep the glass polishing area clean and organized. Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills.
