Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with bussing tables and removing used dishes from dining areas to ensure a smooth flow of service. Help with food handling tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including preparing ingredients for cooks. Support banquet operations by ensuring all serving items are cleaned promptly after events. Follow proper food safety protocols to maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and cleanliness during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations and basic food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
