Operate the industrial dishwasher Stack clean dishes and place them on the cook line Empty and clean all trash receptacles Clean. detail. and sanitize the dish pit Follow sanitation policies at all times Provide assistance to the kitchen staff when needed Perform opening and closing duties Sweep and mop spills during your shift Dishwasher Qualifications /
