Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Kitchen Cleaner to perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and floors in a commercial kitchen environment. This role is critical in maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring the kitchen remains in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, prep tables, sinks, walls, and ceilings.
• Deep clean commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, exhaust hoods, and refrigeration units.
• Remove grease buildup from hoods, ducts, and filters in compliance with fire safety standards.
• Sweep and mop floors using degreasers and appropriate disinfectants.
• Empty and clean grease traps, floor drains, and garbage bins.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble food prep equipment when required.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Follow nightly/weekly cleaning checklists and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Adhere to food safety standards, including cross-contamination prevention
