Duties Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper waste disposal. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and preparation duties. Help with bussing tables by clearing dishes and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining area. Support kitchen staff during peak hours by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and cooking tools. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
