Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or commercial dishwashing setting Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Authorized to work in the

United States Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen items, equipment, and surfaces Maintain and clean trash receptacles throughout the kitchen and dining areas; dispose of trash properly and replace liners Collect and transport soiled linens to designated laundry area Restock cleaned items to proper storage areas Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or direct supervisor Be part of a team that values hard work, quality, and a passion for hospitality.
