JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, pans and miscellaneous items using a sink or automated dishwasher. Follow proper procedures regarding using the machinery required. Follow established practices for transporting and storing dirty or clean items. Follow established food sanitary requirements and safety precautions. Maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area and storage facilities. Follows established safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment and sharps policies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
