The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. A passion for hospitality and teamwork is vital in this fast-paced setting. Duties Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly after use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen team. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role. Experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
