The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, allowing our cooks and food service staff to focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and culinary staff. Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are followed diligently. Organize and store clean dishes in designated areas promptly. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in the dining area when necessary. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
