Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Support the culinary team during peak hours by bussing tables and ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
