Duties include washing and inspecting dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher, properly storing clean items to prevent contamination, and keeping the dishwashing machine and work area in clean, operating condition. You may assist waitstaff with clearing and transporting dishes when needed and are expected to follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize various kitchenware loads to ensure dishes are available for each meal service.

Schedule:

This is a part-time evening position, 5 days per week, 2:00pm-7:00pm What you will need: A minimum of 6 months of previous dishwashing experience (required).
