In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their shopping needs. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to enhance the shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with store policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
