Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper waste disposal. Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and cleaning dining areas. Support the culinary team by ensuring that clean dishes are readily available for use. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with culinary practices, catering events, or banquet services is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
